  • Are you happy to sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement?
    Yes — I regularly work under NDAs and confidentiality agreements as many of my clients have prestigious homes or public profiles. Discretion is a core part of my service, and I take privacy seriously at every stage of our work together.
  • Do you offer one-off services, or only ongoing management?
    Both! I offer bespoke packages based on your needs — whether it’s a regular, ongoing service or a one-off project like preparing your home for sale, managing repairs, or overseeing seasonal maintenance.
  • Will you visit my home before starting services?
    Yes — a personal home visit is part of my onboarding process. It allows me to understand your property’s unique needs, discuss any priorities or concerns, and ensure a fully tailored service plan.
  • How do you charge for your services?
    I’ll personally visit your property to get a full understanding of its layout, systems, routines, and any special considerations. It’s also an opportunity for you to meet me in person, ask any questions, and feel completely comfortable with who will be looking after your home. This visit ensures the service I provide is tailored exactly to your property, your lifestyle, and your expectations.
  • Can I use my own contractors and suppliers?
    Absolutely. I’m happy to work with your trusted contacts, or if needed, I can research, source, and recommend reliable professionals I know and trust.
  • What areas do you cover?
    I provide tailored property management across the South and South West of England — including Bath, Bristol, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, Devon, Dorset, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex, and South Wales. I am always happy to travel to support clients who choose me as their house manager. I understand how important it is to have someone you can truly trust in your home, and I never take that privilege for granted.
  • How do you communicate updates?
    I tailor communication to suit each client’s preference. I can provide updates via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, or a shared document — whatever feels most convenient for you. You’ll always know what’s happening with your home, without being overwhelmed by unnecessary messages
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, I hold appropriate professional liability insurance to give you complete peace of mind while working with me.
